Pulau Lang Tengah

2

After the many ketupats, duit raya, kuah lodeh, lemangs and open houses, I finally have got some time to blog about my trip to Lang Tengah!

For those of you who are not familiar with the place, Pulau Lang Tengah is a little island in between Pulau Redang and Pulau Perhentian.

We actually planned a three day trip, but it turned into a four day trip. Then taking dad’s advice, we slept one night in Rantau Abang. It turned out to be good advice, because the following day, we had time to have a nasi dagang breakfast in Kuala Terengganu, and arrive at the island as energetic as monkeys are when they’re fed bananas.

I won’t be writing much this time. Enjoy the photos from the trip!

The resort we stayed at was called D’coconut lagoon, a resort with a pristine beach front. Also pristine because we had access to all the beaches in Lang Tengah. The island is in fact, so small that there’s only 4 resorts.

7. Trying to get into the habit of drinking a lot of water

8. Marshella adornment necklaces are soo pretty. Goes really well with traditional wear.

Me & hubs are just chilling this weekend. We're changing house tiles and the whole house is in a mess.
Can't wait to get it done!

Happy weekend!

Overdue Eid Post

So I know that this is the last week of Eid, but people say better late than never!

I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a blessed Eid Mubarak and would like to apologize for any unbecoming in the past.

The reason why I was out cold was because my laptop crashed on the final week of Ramadhan and never recovered until a week ago. It was quite troublesome really. Though Eid can be partly blamed for the delayed repair.

Eid this year is different, with the hubs and new family. You wouldn’t think that it has been only two weeks, judging by amount of things that have changed in me & hubs’ lives. Nothing too drastic on my part, but hubs started his job in a new company and so far things are looking up.

Plus, a fortnight ago, we went on a five-day trip to the east coast Island of Lang Tengah. The trip was super fun. We planned it months ago. Well, actually it’s either that or Bangkok, with Lang Tengah being the backup. One hell of a backup it was! I’ll let ya’ll know ‘bout it later.

Hope your Eid was good and blessed with plenty of barakah, love and food!

Till then, ciao!
